PLEASE NOTE: Effective 9/1/2019, Skywave Communications, Inc. is modifying subscriber repair service rates for units not covered by a maintenance contract. Subscriber units submitted for repair are subject to a $35 diagnostic fee if the unit is not accompanied by a description of the operational problem, if the trouble indicated could not be duplicated by the servicing technician, or should the customer decide to forgo repair based on cost estimate provided by Skywave Communications, Inc. The diagnostic fee will be waived if customer authorization to repair the subscriber unit is provided.
